    Thankyou - Looking Back I think James is talking about the extended hours. Not All Licensing laws. She was indeed responsible for this rather noxious piece of legislation. However I am not sure whether it was a Cabinet Decision and whether she was in favour or not.

    Well its kind of obvious- Someone wanting to park outside SMBS wont want to use the box parking but Someone visiting a shop further down might. This reduces the use of LL by one car. Its a bit like Dominos As each car shunts down this will reduce slightly the load on the top end. More a tweak than a sledge hammer solution.

    Ask the Fire Service - They will inspect for free. My suspicion is that as its just two floors they wouldn't be too bothered. If it was the fire exit from a block of flats they would be concerned.

    We need the side streets to have 'limited' parking - say 20 / 30 mins like Lordship Lane Does so shoppers can stop and buy but not park all day. This would be say be between 10am and 4pm. Again like the red route restriction. Although thinking about it maybe the red route doesn't need no parking on side streets.

    They cost about ?80 so worth nicking if you are that way inclined. Useful on a farm , in factory or if you have a business and don't want to pay for a business waste contract. Also good for Hiding in as "My Close Friends " tell me. If you get the ref!

    My sister grew up with this problem un diagnosed and un treated ruined her life. Use the Medication !

    I sympathise, When I was burgaled I too felt violated. I wanted to kill the perps- not my usual reaction to bad experiences. The Government has as last realised that Domestic Burglary is not just a property crime but a crime against the person. Let's hope that it is dealt with much more seriously.
