  1. Hi, I am looking for someone to help me out on a adhoc basis when work is busy (usually the end of the month and start of the month) and for holiday cover. About the role As an inventory clerk your day will involve going to estate agents to collect keys, travelling to the properties to complete inventories and checkouts and meeting tenants to release keys or returning keys to the estate agents. You will need an up-to-date iphone, android phone, ipad or tablet. You will dictate into your device and take photos within the app, so that you do not have to later upload photos for the report. This role would suit someone that is good with IT, perhaps a mum that is available school hours or someone that is retired and happy to work on an adhoc basis. You will need to have own car, due to travelling between jobs. This is a self-employed role so you will be responsible for your travel costs and tax etc. Please send me a message if you are interested with a bit of information about your previous work experience etc.
