I started with David a couple of months ago with a lack of motivation, no confidence in myself and a weight which was 108/9 kg. Now I'm 103kg working out at home, eating so much better with loads off motivation and confidence with myself and still aiming to loose more weight but I would have never experience this change in my life if it wasn't for David, with his believe and patience in me he made me enjoy every moment.
