Today, 20th June, at ~20.15 I witnessed a mid 20's Spanish girl being assaulted on E Dulwich Road, by Goose Green, where she had been speaking to her mother and had her mobile phone stolen. The assailant in his late teens / early 20's black man dressed in black and with a balaclava, escaped up Spurling Road past the East Dulwich tavern on a black bike. This is not the first time this has happened, as can be seen from this thread, though upon reporting the crime to the police they said there is noting they can do unless and until the victim reports the crime. Ridiculous! Clearly this idiot needs apprehending and given a good seeing to.
