Hi currently considering buying a flat towards the end of silvester road near to landcroft Road. We have been made aware of a historic subsidence claim over 10 years ago associated with the property but are aware that buyers have been scared off previously. Is anyone on the forum from that side of ED that can give any insight or share any experiences? The property hasnt been underpinned and the subsidence hasn't recurred over the past 10 years either. Any insight shared would be great.
