Session leader I’m Fabio, I was born in Venice and grew up in a house filled with seasonal food and meals made from scratch. Many years have passed since that memory but the one thing that hasn’t changed is my passion for food, tasty and flavourful homemade food. And to the cry of ‘no ready made stuff and fake flavours’, I’ve kept baking, cooking, and sharing my experiments with my family and friends.
