Dan and Michael came on the day and sorted my tap problem very quickly. Clean and tidy workers. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and respectful. Highly recommended.

I would like to add to this recommendation. Gary Vu is your man if you need an electrician. He has done a few jobs for me over the last couple of years, most recently last week to fix a remote switch for my complicated ventilation system. Hi Lou, thanks very much and congratulations. May I ask whether you were selling a house or flat? How long was the process from putting on the market and exchanging. What was it that you particularly liked about this agency e.g. what did they do particularly well, like the marketing, keeping in touch, being quick to respond to your queries and concerns, etc.? And what were the shortfalls? Were they the sole agent? Did you use their premium service? If not, what was it like conducting all the viewings yourself? These are just off the top of my head. forgot to say she was running the engine for the air condition, or is that obvious.

I've just told someone off (ever so politely) for running their car engine for more than half an hour parked outside my house. Noticed her many times before doing it for more than an hour, sometimes two hours. I had to do something. The emissions and oh, the noise. Her reason (excuse): her toddler is asleep in the back of the car and it's a hot day. I said, See my room up there. Do you know why the windows are open? There's a nice breeze blowing.. After a couple more exchanges, she drove off in a huff, saying, I won't park here again. Look out for a dark grey VW (sorry can't remember model or number)coming to a street near you. Or even your street.
