I moved in to find this fire in the house and believe it was installed in 2010. It has not been used as there was not sufficient air flow in the room. So I don't know if it works but it was serviced in 2011. There are pebbles but no logs. I do have the remote and the touch pad control but the battery pack for the touch pad is no longer serviceable. The price reflects the unknown qualities! It is in East Dulwich and available for collection
