I would thoroughly recommend Tony and the team at Dulwich Property Maintenance. We used them at the beginning of the year to assess and fix a leak in our bathroom - a longstanding issue that others had not been able to get to the cause of. Tony was a pleasure to communicate with (a big plus for us as we are based overseas) and the work was completed in the agreed timeframe and budget to a high standard.

Another recommendation for Paul, who we have used previously, and who has now done an excellent job of replacing the ceiling in our kitchen on time and on budget. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic, the place was left neat and tidy and we were thoroughly satisfied with the result. If you're looking for a builder who will work to very high standards and within budget then Paul is your man!

Yet another glowing recommendation for Andy, and richly deserved! Andy and Richard once again completed some jobs for us that needed doing in a hurry. They were speedy, did fantastic work and were a pleasure to deal with, as always. If you're looking for a handyman then look no further.

Just to add to the general positive feedback that exists on the forum for Andy the handyman, but we had him around last week to complete a number of small jobs (fixing a curtain pole, hanging pictures, fitting light fittings etc.). The quality of his work was superb and the pricing was very reasonable, plus he's a really lovely guy!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again for anything else we need doing in the house. A little update - our wallpaper was a little tricky and shrunk more than expected, leaving a tiny gap between two of the drops. We gave Ray a bell and he was over the next day to fix it up. I thought we might have to wait a while, but it was no problem at all ? what a brilliant service! Simon

I can second this, we just had Ray put up some wallpaper in our rather trickily proportioned room and he did an excellent job, at a very acceptable price. I would thoroughly recommend him and suggest that if you have any decorating that needs doing that you contact him first. Cheers Simon
