You want me to spell it out. OK. Dulwich Park and most other parks have a path/road that circumnavigates the park. Walk on the grass not on the pathway therefore not near anyone. Most people aren't doing this.

Bit one thing that really needs to change is this ingrained attitude that your personal property can simply be left, free of charge, anywhere you please. I'm pretty sure I pay for that privilege

I'd rather become a Park member and pay an annual fee than this. Did the council ever think to ask what the residents wanted. Having lived all over south London, one of the many great things about our area is you don't have to pay for parking. It's such a minor thing but has such a negative impact on your day. This is so shortsighted and infuriating

I would advise anyone against fighting back (unless you are f****** hard), they could easily have knives or worse a gun although unlikely. I would put money on that they are local from one of the estates. Oh they got caught in the end, they always do. The Police traced 100 crimes back to their flat full of stolen goods and are now serving 13 yrs behind bars. Unfortunately they are now learning how to be real criminals. Use Uber next time, Panther are cheap too. Other taxi firms are available
