I would like to highly recommend my fantastic physiotherapist Iris Quartner who works at ESPH in East Dulwich. I came across Iris after my friend recommended ESPH for high-quality physio in Dulwich. I tried a few physio practices in the area but ESPH, and specifically Iris, stood out from the crowd. I had severe back pain related to my office work/ weak abdominal muscles after second pregnancy/trauma after falling down the steps. She helped me with all three thanks to her unique approach using massage, and specially tailored exercises. What I really like about Iris is her ability to analyse each problem individually and use different techniques. I especially recommend Iris to female patients as you can learn exercises that can help you for life, including post-natal recovery routines.

Just wanted to share my excitement about this new yoga class. After 1.5 hours of intensive workout you are guaranteed to feel rejuvenated, stretched, and incredibly happy. They call it flow yoga as it starts with slow movements with gradual increase in intensity, which will phase out towards the end of the class. There is a sequence of asanas that will be incorporated in one complex that you will repeat several times. While practicing you will be listening to a beautiful background music that will help you to enjoy every minute you spend there! I love how Karen teaches her class - her instructions are very clear; she delicately guides you through each asana, and helps with correct breathing. I've been to three classes so far and she always gave a twist to each class so you won't get bored. I am not on a commission:) and Karen doesn't even know I post this message but I really wanted to share it with girls, especially new moms who wanted to get back to their shape (at least this is my case with my 6m baby). Class details: When: Every Saturday from 9:15 to 10:45 Where: The Dance Studio (Harris Girls Academy). Homestall Road (past Peckam Rye Park), East Dulwich, SE22 0NR Instructor: Karen E-mail: [email protected] Mobile: 07976 528 668 Drop-in: ?14 and if you can commit to a set of classes this would cost you for a 6-week block: ?72.
