Hi, I just wondered if others shared my concerns or had similar experiences. My son is currently in a reception class at a school in the area and is generally happy there. However, he has recently had some issues with a class mate, and as a responsible parent I asked if I could discuss this with the class teacher, who seemed to know nothing of this incident. I am now aware that the class were not taught by the teacher the whole day of this incident, and indeed did not have any teacher but a teaching assistant, and apparantly this occurs on a regular basis. I am really concerned about this because as lovely as the teaching assistant is, she is not a trained teacher. I am now wondering what I should do.

I have read the posts on here in disbelief! Who's the parent and who is the child??? I can't believe that small children are 'ruling the roost' and demanding their parents run round after them like skivvies!

Ewww I don't want to meet one. They are a health hazard as they pee everywhere.

Hi all, I read with interset the comments on here, and would just like to reassure parents that there are now members of staff monitoring the nursery gate at the end of the day.
