Conspiracy to commit misconduct in Public Officer. Van carrying Prison Officer in custody had not arrived by 14-20 hrs. His Honour Judge Pitts postponed this hearing until 10-30 hrs on 25th March 2010. Prisoner to remain in custody. Others to remain on conditional bail.
