It's simple for private landlords to advertise on property portals via a third party agent - there are several. Tenant checking and contracting, EPC and gas safety certs etc can be arranged online as can viewings. PM for further info.

I am not a new poster. I found John Power via the forum and he did a good job for me. He asked me if I was happy with his work to say so on the forum which is perfectly reasonable in my view, since this is how we find good tradespeople and they get work. Please PM me if you have any doubts about the veracity of this post.

Another vote for john powers - he came and fixed aboiler problem at short notice and was very efficient.
