I would like to thank Councillor J.Barber for his time and help at applying for christmas lights to be installed in Upland Road in 2010.

Any help would be well appreciated Mr.Barber. I did email you and five other local Councilors about this several days ago.A petition supporting the request for Xmas lights is taking place at many of the shops in Upland Road. Many of the people signing are probably your constituents . Would you like a copy of the petitions?

Why has the Council installed Christmas street lights in Northcross Road and neglected the shops and businesses in Upland Road? Several of the shops are asking residents and other interested parties to sign a petition requesting that the Council install Christmas lights in Upland Road . Your support would be well appreciated.
