Laptop Squatters (especially Cafe Nero in Lordship Lane)
rbarton replied to Chief's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I have tried to work in coffee shops all over our local area over the years, you will be surprised how hard it can be to get some work done in this type of environment. I am confident that desk rentals and coworking offices as whole will help relive some of the highly demanded seats at Cafe Nero SE22. -
Laptop Squatters (especially Cafe Nero in Lordship Lane)
rbarton replied to Chief's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
If you feel these laptop squatters need a place to work, inform them that there local desk rental opportunities out there. Anyone looking for a permanent dedicated desk to rent please look here: http://www.creativedesksltd.com -
Old French Cafe property went back to the land lady who wants it back for general repairs. My feeling is that it is a way to get the property back tart it up and put it back on the market with a higher rent. Laundrette & Bookies no idea. In Peckham: I am opening up a co-working office for like minded creative types, looking for web designers, illustrators, graphics, film editors and architects etc... please do pass on the info if you know anyone looking. www.creativedesksltd.com Thanks R.
