Hi I'm looking for someone to repair our aga. We had a new burner installed a couple of years ago so I doubt it's a complicated job, we just can't get it going after it has been off for the summer. We live in Lewisham. Thanks

They did a fairly big job in our house, replacing our old boiler, numerous tanks and heating system with a new unvented boiler system. This is to recommend our builder Matt Raynsford (07795 556807) and his team and who have completed a renovation project on our house. We're thrilled with the final results - they've fitted new bathrooms and refitted a utility room, plumbed in new toilets, plastered, painted and decorated in all rooms and outside, sanded and varnished floors, repaired sash windows, fitted bookcases and done other carpentry projects. Matt has also called in other good contractors as needed. All work has been done to an excellent standard and finish. Matt and the team have been a pleasure to work with - they've been genuinely responsive to what we've needed from them and been a joy to have around the house. We miss them!

I've always been surprised that there isn't an upmarket hotel in ED or Dulwich more widely. As far as I know there isn't any nice accommodation locally for friends and family visiting or even for folk to come and enjoy the area. Am I alone in this or is this an idea that has been tried before and failed?
