when I come to sell my property I shall appoint an estate agent on the basis of 2 criteria the one whom I believe will obtain the best price for the property in the shortest time, given the prevailing market conditions and whose fee represents the best value in achieving the above. it may be Foxtons, it may not! Not really sure what the general problem is with Foxtons, apart from perhaps envy. Regardless you have to admire the sale of the business right at the top of the market! Anyway, as a vendor ? you have a choice, As a purchaser, you do not!
