Thank Goodness for Colin! I texted him yesterday about a faulty overflow pipe at a flat that we rent and he was over there this morning to sort it out for us (having picked up the keys from the estate agents en route). He?s great - honest, reliable, good value and lovely with it.

We've recently used Aria and Dan and we were very impressed. Quick to respond, helpful and did a great job (and were tidy). Also very reasonably priced. We'll definitely use them again and are very happy to recommend them.

We've used Colin for years now, and he's just done another great job for us (photo attached). He knocked through a wall between our bedroom and study, decorated the bedroom, and hung the curtain poles and mirror. He's a lovely, reliable, and trustworthy guy and I wholeheartedly recommend him. We first came across Homecert when we needed a new oven wired in just before Christmas, and were panicking as we couldn't find anyone to help at such short notice. Their electrician was great, and very reasonably priced. Since then we've used them to install new sockets, and they're about to install new lights for us. More than happy to recommend them.

I'd also recommend Richard and Andy. They've done various jobs for us over the years and they're efficient, good value, honest and good guys.

Hi Syd, We've very recently had our loft converted by Ash Island Lofts, who did an excellent job. I would never have known about them if they hadn't been recommended to me, as they're based in Chiswick. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Another recommendation for Andy and Richard. I got Andy's details from the forum and he's done a few jobs for us now. He and Richard are a pleasure to deal with - hard working, honest, straight forward and reasonable. The first job they did for us was decorating our sitting room and they had a very tight timetable as we had friends coming to stay, but they worked incredibly hard to get it done in time, and we were delighted with the results. Yes, Property In on Lordship Lane are wonderful; very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and HONEST. We bought our house from them 7 years ago and have for many years rented out a couple of flats through them. They make it as hassle free as possible and are a pleasure to deal with (something I never thought I would say about estate agents!) I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
