  1. We used London interior shutters in East Dulwich - they came to have a look, explain all the choices , came to fit without any mess. Highly recommend them - shutters look great
  2. http://www.kitchensandworktopsltd.co.uk/ . Lilford road, se5 They were really helpful and did a good job on our splash back ( and very quick as well) Sales director - Denver
  3. Have a look at mrworktop http://www.mrworktops.com/ We had our worktop from them, very knowledgeable and very efficient . Came to measure and 4 days later installed worktop
  4. We have just had our corian fitted by Mr worktop in Camberwell / sutton. I would def recommend them , they gave us quotes for various options and were far more cheaper then bells ( and far more pleasant to deal with ) The service was excellent - they came to measure on a Monday and fitted the worktop on a Thursday. We dealt with a guy called Denver in the sutton office - very nice and efficient
  5. Ej carpets in forest hill. They took the time to discuss what we wanted, dropped off some sample and did the fitting - very nice team
  6. We have just moved and used "removal with a smile" . Phone number is 07741278709 , website is removalswithasmile. Great team and competitive price.
  7. You should be alright getting into Rosendale School. The school has a priority list (like all the other school) - kids in care then siblings then distance. I know lots of people further than 430m who got into the school last year. They have 3 classes of 30 so fairly big intake. You would probably struggle to get into the nursery because they only have 30 kids and they have the same priority rules. Good luck with it!
  8. my son was at rosendale nursery but didn't get a place for reception - we went to Lambeth council to appeal but failed. The school had done everything right, we were just a bit too far from the school (0.8 miles 8 years ago!). We were put on the waiting list and only got the place 2 weeks before the start of the summer holidays. I contacted the office everyday to find out how far we were on the waiting list. The catchment area for this year is very small (I think it is about 600 metres). The only way you can win an appeal is if your child has a "statement" or on medical ground. If you are put on the waiting list, find out how far down you are and give the office a ring regularly or pop in to the school. It is worth doing it if you are in the top 10 on the waiting list, there is a lot of movement before school starts in september. Good luck
