Dear house-holder - My cleaner, Barbara, is just returning to work after a maternity break. Now only working Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, she's keen to re-build her customer base. I can't recommend her highly enough. Totally reliable and trustworthy (she has my keys to clean when I'm not here), she does an excellent cleaning job, handles all my ironing, and is open to other domestic duties. I even got invited to her (Polish) wedding 18 months ago! She charges ?12 per hour, and is well worth every penny. She drives, so can get to most places pretty easily. All - I just wanted to say what a good service I had from "Here to Clear" last week, dismantling & removing a large garden shed, as well as various bulky items of unwanted furniture from my house. They tell me they'll do any house or garden clearance; or even removals (as long as you don't mind your things being transported in their open-topped van). Prices seemed very reasonable to me: I paid for a full truck load, but they offer pro rata rates for 1/2- or 1/4-loads. The two of them were very friendly and worked hard.
