Adam and Ash came to work on my garden today. They were punctual, polite and did exactly what I needed. They just got on with it. And with good humour too which made it all so much more pleasant. I will use them again and a definite thumbs up from me! Lesley (aka Rebecca)

I just called Margaret this morning based on the recommendations on here and she was able to do my hair the same day. I found her friendly, a decent hair cut, and no trying to convince me to have a ?40 cut and blowdry. Just a cut. Brilliant! Lesley

Hi Beth and Pam There are different levels of membership for the bacp. Standard membership, MBACP is the level I hold This is different to accredited membership which is MBACP Accred. My bacp profile lists my membership correctly as MBACP. What this means is that I am hold relevant qualifications and am bound by bacp ethical Guidelines. You can find descriptions of the different membership levels and what they mean on the bacp website. I hope this helps. Hi, I am thinking of starting up a kirtan / chanting group in East Dulwich. Kirtan is an ancient meditative practice which originated in India singing sanskrit mantras, a nice complimentary practice for those of you who enjoy a little yoga. Anyone interested? Thanks Lesley

On Saturday evening the tap in my kitchen sink sprung a leak. I called Nico having searched for a recommendation on the East Dulwich Forum. He called me right back and was with me within 2 hours even though it was Saturday evening. He was unable to fix it there and then because the whole tap needed replacing. Nico bought a new tap and came back on Sunday to do the work. He was friendly and when he arrived he simply set to and got on with the job. For me as a single woman who has been ripped off by plumbers before this was a pleasant change . I highly recommend Nico. He can be contacted on 07818 607583
