Being a popular snack consumed over much of SE London & especially on buses, perhaps the fried chicken aroma is not that offensive to most of the TFL clientele? Maybe just get an uber?

possibly somebody arrested for overstaying in the car-park? -
We had to take one of our newly born week old corgi puppies there last Saturday & in the end he was kept in overnight. The team on duty were fantastic, we were given an estimate based on what they believed was required and they committed to doing everything they could, although admitted he seemed really poorly and realistically had a poor chance of survival. Was in contact with the team 1st thing Sunday to learn he had thankfully pulled through against the odds - in the end the final bill came to less than half the estimate as the team hadn't wanted to add any additional stress to the puppy with tests they deemed unnecessary. A breath of fresh air compared to most practices. Couldn't thank them enough obviously as we thought we'd lost him!

We use Medivet & generally find them to be very good, everyone there seems genuinenly interested in the welfare of our dog rather than blatant profiteering which unfortunatley seems to be the case at neighbourhood vets. Never had a good experience there tbh, hence the switch to Medivet.

Anyone know why all the no parking cones on top of North Cross Road (Actress end)? Not seen any signs or usual council notices?

before we know it there will be turtles everywhere! Just look at the amount of ring necked parakeets there are since Jimi Hendrix let his pair free in Carnaby St in 1967 ;)

Electric cars and charging - some questions!

Anybody else with EV’s & no off street parking feeling we are being completely ripped off by the companies partnering with Southwark Council .. lampost charging costs now 79p per kw peak & 45p from 00:00 to 07:00.. blatant profiteering in my view !! Charging locally on the slow chargers now as if not more expensive than superfast motorway charging stations !! Grrrr!! Written to Helen Hayes but basically fobbed off ! -

Hi all, needing some roofing/building work carried out in ED and had a leaflet through the door from this company. https://www.sigmaroofingandbuilding.co.uk/ Has anyone locally had any experience with the company either positive or negative? They don't seem to have any testimonials on their website which I thought was unusual?
