Someone on the Forum recommended Kozan (www.savoirman.com) and I am really glad they did. He helped me set up my new computer and has since provided really helpful remote assistance. Ever since I went freelance I've been looking for some high quality and affordable IT support and now I've found it. Thanks Kozan - and EDF!

Further to [many] other recommendations on the Forum, I would like to add my own for Jim Cox. He was great! The ED Forum came up trumps again!

The carpet fitters sent by the shop I bought my carpet from did a really bad job. I need to have someone come along and do it properly. There are plenty of recommendations on here for Jim Cox. Does anyone have his contact details or could he contact me if he sees this message please?
