no. They're opening a sinus cavity as one of my sinuses isn't draining properly which has led to repeated sinusitis and throat infections.

I've just been told I need to have an operation on my sinuses to widen the cavities. Has anyone had this done? I'm scared! Think it's more the general anaesthetic than anything which scares me.

stats on local gun and knifing victims

Scotland in fact has the highest knife crime rate in the UK contrary to the implications of the press -
I love Morrisons in Peckham - it's cheap(ish) and has a wide range of products. I love Primark occasionally and Holland and Barret and though the market on Sunday is small I like it too - the veg I buy there is always superb, the bread from the bread stall yummy. I've lived in or around Peckham since I first moved to London in 1998. It's not perfect but I like it and though I may cause anger by saying this (and it's more an observation of my acquaintances as opposed to people on EDF) I think people are scared of Peckham as it's not a white area - there are loads of different cultures and nationalities and I like that. I've NEVER had any bother in Peckham and I feel much safer there than I do in Brixton or even Camberwell, where I've witnessed way too many crimes.

And furthermore, what are these 'facts' about discipline PC fruitbats are missing? -
The BNP incites racial hatred no matter what double-speak they employ. They're racist. Why do they need to voice that? I don't understand

I find Peckham Rye Cafe much better to be in with my child than any of the other ED cafes. As a mother myself, I find in general most the mums I come across lovely but the odd one rude and snotty and probably this is due to snobbishness as I am not a yummy mummy (more a holding-on-by-the-edge-of-my-seat what the hell have i done mummy). But it's not to do with the fact these women are mothers.

I'm a single parent (though I do share care of my son with my ex).
