Another recommendation for Greg. Excellent communication, swift response, reasonable price and a good job well done. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I had a long and varied list of smallish jobs that needed doing around my house. I contacted Andy Argyle from Definity Property Maintenance and he did a great job, either carrying out the necessary works himself or arranging specialists (gas engineer, floor layers) to do them. He is efficient, organised and very pleasant to deal with. Here is his company website: https://definitymaintenance.co.uk/ His mobile number is: 07862 245748

We want to have the existing brick-built shed on the side of our house converted into a waterproof, useable room. Can anyone recommend a builder who is particularly good at waterproofing existing structures and is also au fait with planning requirements, etc.

We once had PD James sitting at the table next to us at The Secret Garden in Walworth. Had a lovely garden to eat out in, too. Loved that place. -

Unless academic standards have slipped in the past half century since I obtained a Cambridge Law degree, I doubt that Cambridge awards such degrees to simpletons. This sentence makes no sense. -

Electrician recommendation -- The Cycling Sparks
sheilarose posted a topic in Request a Tradesperson
I'd like to highly recommend Aaron, the cycling sparks (https://www.thecyclingsparks.co.uk)who recently installed my new electric cooker. He was very efficient, careful and accommodating. He ended up doing the job on a Saturday for a very reasonable price. He definitely went the extra mile for me as there were a number of minor complications which he resolved without any problems or extra payment.Phone: 0798 5537 916. -
I am looking for someone who is qualified to cap off the gas supply to my old dual fuel cooker and connect my new fully electric cooker.
