  3. last weekend I held a toy yard sale for my two boys, and as most folk do I stuck a few posters (a4 size homemade) around the local area. ten minutes before we were due to start two members of Southwark council turned up and asked if I'd placed the posters. I replied that I had and they then served me with a ?75 on the spot fine for flyposting! last night I walked Lordship lane,Northcross and Goose Green and took over 35 pictures of other illegal posters. to everyone thinking of sticking up a few posters for your yard sale, school fair or lost dog (yes they are illegal) beware.
  4. I sat next to Jarvis watching four lions at the barbican...lovely bloke

  6. heres another Dulwich "cyclist" same seller for each of the below http://www.gumtree.com/london/98/58398298.html http://www.gumtree.com/london/31/58397931.html http://www.gumtree.com/london/03/58397703.html
  7. check your household insurance, you may be covered. I had a bike stolen last year and the police told me to try the insurance route. the bike was covered and they sent me a beautiful new replacement within seven days. I had no receipt or frame number either (I do now though) I know it doesn't make the theft any better but at least it could save the price of a decent replacement
  8. Louisa should we all believe you're correct? I know my statement is only my opinion, I was asking if anyone else shared it.criticism is not a problem but I knell before you like the worthless creature I am, humble in your presenece.

  11. it not the car on the pavement, its the ones taking up the parking bays outside that piss me off

  13. his business is listed as hifi sales, not car sales. the parking bays are limited to, I believe an hour outside his shop, why is he never ticketed?
  14. I did report it to Southwark, and they are "investigating the matter". lets not hold our breath then.
  15. Am I the only one that finds the guy selling cars from the Dulwich hifi station (11 L/L) really annoying? one car on the shop theshold and at least one in the parking bays in front of the shop.
