I?m looking to get some existing engineered flooring sanded, brushed and oiled. Grateful for any recommendations of local companies who are skilled at this or please do get in touch of you can provide a quotation and examples of work.

We need someone to box in some pipes with plaster board and strip peeling paint and repaint our en-suite bathroom. Recommendations gratefully received!

Our lovely nanny of nearly 7 years, Grace, is now looking for a new position. She has always worked for us full-time but due to a change in our circumstances is now looking either for a new full time position or would also be interested in a part time position if it was for either 3 / 4 full days or min 4 hours a day wrap-around care. I can't recommend her highly enough. She is very experienced, fantastic with babies and older children alike and has looked after both of my children since they were babies and they both adore her. She is also a brilliant cook and is great at organising and hosting play dates and is OFSTED registered. Please do PM me if interested.

Hi Admin I posted a 4 posts in family room classifieds earlier - my daughters old shoes and buggy which I?m selling. They seem to have been deleted and I don?t understand why. I am not a business and I can?t think of any rules I have broken. It took me ages to post these and so would really appreciate it if you could let me know. Thanks

I posted a few different things for sale earlier in the family room classifieds and they seem to have been deleted. I can?t for the life of me think why as they don?t break any rules to my knowledge? Really frustrating as it took me ages to photograph everything and get the posts loaded. Would be grateful if you could explain.

Please can anyone help me out with the loan if a double buggy for 4 days next week? I've been left abruptly with no childcare next week. My lovely friend and her wonderful nanny have kindly offered to help me out but this will only be possible if we can get hold of a double buggy as she will have 2 1yos to transport around! I'd be eternally grateful if anyone can help!

I am looking for a cleaner for 2.5 hours a week, ideally to come on a Friday. Work required would be general housework - vacuuming, dusting, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms etc. We would pay ?10 an hour - so ?25 for 2.5 hours - and live in SE22 near Dulwich library. Please PM me if interested.
