This is the first time that it has been possible to have food from all the market traders delivered. Really good for Christmas presents as well as general food. -
Borough Market has just started taking phone orders. They have a new personal shopping service. You can phone and talk through exactly what you want and somebody will speak to all the different traders to collect options and photos etc. and then collect the chosen order and arrange the FREE delivery to your home. We are looking for a German speaker to accompany a school group of musicians on their concert tour in the Salzburg area from 6-13 July. ?120 per day plus expenses. Ideally the person would know Salzburg reasonably well but this is not crucial. We mainly need somebody there to translate when necessary and ring the venues ahead of the concerts to make sure everything is in place. The School staff will be responsible for the children so the courier's role is just the smooth running of the tour. We will be on the end of the phone throughout to give advice and talk through the itinerary etc in advance. This would suit maybe a university student looking for some extra cash in the holidays.
