I really like the Palmerston - the food has always been good, the service friendly and the price is reasonable for a good quality meal. We have been going there periodically for over 4 years and in that time I have never had a bad meal or left feeling disappointed. We cannot all like the same things, and what an awful place this world would be if we did, and so if you don't like the Palmerston then don't go there - at least it will mean that those who do like it will be able to get a table!
