Yes, we did. We also get our TV channels from them and the Digibox has been showing an error message from around the same time the internet stopped working. I tried to call them this morning but they anticipated a 30 minute wait due to the "high volume of calls", so maybe we are not the only ones! I wouldn't mind so much but my partner does some work from home

Is anyone else having problems with their Broadband service? We haven't had any internet since yesterday morning but their advice (when we finally managed to get through to Customer services) was "switch the plug off and see what happens"!!

Yes, I have realized now that's how much it would cost, so I'm going to buy a cheaper phone. (And a good case to keep it protected!!)

My Nokia Lumia 820 needs a replacemente screen as it has a crack and it's not working. So far I have been quoted ?130, which sounds like a lot. Any advice? Many thanks!
