  1. Yes, we did. We also get our TV channels from them and the Digibox has been showing an error message from around the same time the internet stopped working. I tried to call them this morning but they anticipated a 30 minute wait due to the "high volume of calls", so maybe we are not the only ones! I wouldn't mind so much but my partner does some work from home
  2. Is anyone else having problems with their Broadband service? We haven't had any internet since yesterday morning but their advice (when we finally managed to get through to Customer services) was "switch the plug off and see what happens"!!

    The reason why they cancel all the trains before 9 is because it gives them the chance of checking the tracks for fallen trees/anything else blocking the way/flooding etc, otherwise people could end stranded in the middle of nowhere while the problem gets sorted
