  7. Yes, you can drink alcohol and still lose weight. But, would you rather use your limited amount of calories on alcohol or on more nutritious food? Yes, moderation is important and I know most people enjoy a drink or two but if your goal is weight loss, I suggest you stop or dramatically reduce alcohol for a certain period of time.   8. Hi all, I keep hearing this a lot, so I wanted to share a Myth with you! If you stop training, your muscles will turn into fat. No, they won?t! Yes, you will lose your muscle mass if you reduce or stop working out and you might also gain fat tissue at the same time. But muscle would never turn into fat. They are Completely two different Types of Cells. To stop muscle loss and fat gain, you need to keep active with a healthy diet all the time. It?s like practising a Language.
