Sadly I dont recommend Gary Vu either. He charged more than he quoted for and he damaged our walls because he put the light switch in the wrong place and then tried to blame us saying that was what we had asked for.

I like ANI. I've found them very helpful though I find that branch a bit small compared to others. What I also like is that they haven't pushed their prices up during Covid unike eg Organic Village.

I was there last week for the last time - see below, and social distancing was very difficult because the staff were getting too close to customers in the queue inside the shop in their attempt to restock shelves as quickly as possible. However, what I am also disturbed about is the massive increase in price on certain items. E.g. a packet of Doves Farm Organic Digestive biscuits which is usually ?2.00 is now ?2.99. And a packet of Doves Farm Organic Shortbread biscuits which is usually ?1.50 is now ?2.69. Unusually for this shop, they hadn't priced the biscuits, though everything else in my shopping basket was priced as normal and it was only when I went to pay that I learnt of this increase. I pointed this out to them in case it was a mistake but only got a mild smile back and so chose not to purchase. I got the biscuits from As Nature is Intended for the RRP.

I used to use an agency thinking that if the usual cleaner couldn't make it for whatever reason, that a replacement cleaner would be sent because that was what I was told by the agency. The reality was very different and I got fed up with their unreliability so I stopped using them and wouldn't bother going with an agency again. I paid ?13 and they used my materials. Out of interest, who do you use and are they good at sending someone else when the usual cleaner can't make it.
