  1. There is a small piece of information, of which some of you may have already read, that I would like to mention here. Help Find My Child (HFMC) has recently been granted charity status. This should enable us to be more effective in helping families locate their missing children or news of them. As part of our launch we have produced a new video which briefly explains who we are, what we do and why we do it: Help Find My Child Video Andrew's case features in this video. Thank you once again.

Thank you for passing on this information.

As yet, we still have nothing positive to report on this but that does not mean that information received has been of no value. We hope that people will still keep their eyes open and pass on any information, large or small, that just might help find Andrew or news of him. Thank you.
  4. Today is Andrew's 17th birthday and a difficult day for his family. We appreciate the interest and concern you have shown for Andrew and his family. Thank you
  5. Andrew's family have themselves naturally considered the possibility that he may not wish them to know where is, assuming that he is OK. That is why their primary desire is to know that he safe, well and happy. Though they would dearly like to be able to see or speak to him if they can, that is not their primary concern. Above all else, like any loving family faced with a missing child, irrespective of the child's age, they need news of Andrew, hopefully good news. Not knowing what has happened to Andrew is devastating for them. Thank you
  6. Andrew may well be using another name and his appearance may well have changed, such as his hair style and colour. As he was 14 years old at the time of his disappearance in September 2007 his stature and build will likely have changed. Andrew's family have not heard from him since the day he took the train from Doncaster to London and their main concerns are for his health and safety. Just knowing these things and that he is happy would mean so much to them. They received an unconfirmed report that he may be in the Peckham area. Any information, however small, that will answer their concerns will be much appreciated. Thank you ...
  7. On behalf of Andrew's family, thank you again for your continued support and interest. It means a great deal that you are helping in this way. Thank you .... (tu) :)
  8. Superdrug have very kindly offered to display posters about Andrew in their Peckham branches. Unfortunately they have no email system available to these stores to distribute them. We are wondering if someone local might be willing to receive a poster in pdf format via their email and then print off about half a dozen and take them to each of the Superdrug stores in Peckham. If there is someone who can help in this way it would be much appreciated. Please contact us by PM here or email [email protected] Again, thank you all for your interest and concern.
  9. A big thank you to all who have viewed Andrew's details so far. Your interest and concern is much appreciated (tu)

That is brilliant! (tu) We will be in touch shortly. :)
  11. I am a volunteer with Help Find My Child (HFMC). I am posting on the forum on behalf of the family of Andrew Paul Gosden, in the hope that someone may have information about Andrew or his whereabouts. http://login.fwd-in-email.co.uk/uk_members/10882/ftp/Andrew%20large.jpg Andrew as he might look now. You can see a video about the search for Andrew here. Andrew has been missing since 14th September 2007. He was aged 14 years (d.o.b. 10.07.93). He missed school for the first time that day and took a train to London Kings Cross Station from his home in Doncaster. He took only ?200 with him along with his portable Playstation and favourite bag which was black canvas with rock/metal band patches sewn on. It is thought that he boarded a train at Doncaster Railway Station at 9-35am on the day he went missing arriving at London Kings Cross Station at 11-20am. South Yorkshire Police released CCTV footage from Kings Cross Station on 14 September 07, the day he went missing, there are no confirmed sightings after this one. What happened to him after arriving at 11.30 a.m. is unknown. His reasons for leaving remain a mystery. Despite TV and radio appeals, poster and e-mail campaigns, Andrew is still missing, his reasons for leaving are completely unknown. Andrew is described as slim build, 5'3 tall with brown straight hair and brown eyes, at the time he went missing, but please bear in mind his appearance has likely changed. Andrew was planning on growing his hair long and dying it black, but he is just as likely to have shaved it off and changed his style. Andrew does need glasses or contact lenses, and is in to the heavy metal goth scene; bands like Evanescence, Slipknot, Iron Maiden, Marilyn Manson and Muse (who he saw in concert with his dad). Andrew is familiar with many of the London Tourist attractions. He is also academically gifted and was always interested in museums of of all types. Subjects such as Mathematics, sciences, history and philosophy particularly interested him. There is concern for Andrew's safety as he has never gone missing before and this is totally out of character. can you help find him? Anyone with information should call South Yorks Police on 0114-220 2020 or Missing People on 0500 700 700. You may also send any information you may have via the HFMC Contact Form Andrew if you are reading this please let us know you are safe you can even call the Runaway Helpline on Freefone 0808 800 7070 for confidential advice and support or just phone home. Your family love you and miss you. You can read more about Andrew at HFMC - Andrew Gosden On behalf of Andrtew's family, thank you for your consideration.
