Hello, I live on Lordship Lane and require a plumber or handyman to re-attach an external sink pipe. You will need a ladder and visit to the rear of my house requires going through a takeaway shop after 5pm. See photos of the pipe that?s come away from main stack. My mobile is: 07984 434378. Thanks, David

I need a builder to replace a length of exterior marine ply on front of house (size 5m x .6m) and insulate behind the board before replacement. Off street parking available. I need an estimate asap. Thanks, David

I need a builder or carpenter to remove old rotten facia boards and frame (see photo attached), and replace with a weather proof marine ply (total size approx. 5 meters x 0.6 meters), then make and firmly attach a basic timber frame (3x2's) onto which a sign will be attached. Additionally, I require insulation panels to be fitted behind the facia before the new marine ply is attached. No painting or decorating required. I am on Lordship Lane and there is ample free off-street parking. Quotes please ! David

Although Paul O'Brien needs no introduction - already highly recommended here - I felt compelled to log in and add my grateful compliments. Paul and his team very recently refurbished our Victorian house - new floors, ceilings and cornicing, rewiring and plumbing - to an extremely high standard and with impressive attention to detail - a beautiful job. Paul and his team are also entirely trustworthy and reliable - I would not hesitate to use his firm again. His contact details are: Paul O'Brien, t: 020 7639 6768 m: 07836 597890

So glad to hear that you're back on your feet, Mr Harris! My wife and I were very concerned to see you so shaken in Sainbury's - but very impressed with the professional and personal attention you received by the Ambulance and Sainsbury's staff - it looked like you were in safe hands. Sending you our very best wishes. -
