I’ve been a member of FitFor on Lordship Lane for years and absolutely love it. The team are always friendly and supportive of my fitness goals. They’ll put together a workout plan with a personal trainer if you need it. You can use their super high-tech e-gym equipment or free weights as you wish. The cardio area is excellent too. There are no issues with overcrowding or ‘meat heads’ hogging the equipment either. I cannot recommend FitFor highly enough. It’s affordable too which is a big bonus.
