  4. I know it's an unusual complaint, but in the last two weeks my train has twice left 2+ minutes early from Tulse Hill and East Dulwich and I and others have missed our connection. Also the train I was alighting at ED yesterday was also early. The early departure of the Southern Train at 6.08pm (should have been 6.10pm) left a family, who had already used their oyster card to touch in, waiting, when they should have had plenty of time to catch their train.
