You could use any general purpose "RSS reader" app to read (but not write) posts on a smartphone or tablet. You'll need to tell it the address/URL of the RSS feed. Click on one of the RSS links on the EDF home page and that will show you the address to use for that forum. You can subscribe to individual forums, or to all of them mixed up together if you use the address of the RSS link right at the bottom of the page.
