  1. Do you think the thumb guard would work for my 19 month old? her thumb is a sorry state!
  2. Just purchased the above, it flaps down and scrunches up where my daughters lower back is- any suggestions on keeping it in one place on the seat? Has anyone had the same problem? John lewis pretty much gave me a big standard answer saying it was a universal product.
  3. Late feedback, but Steve & Co came and tidied up my very overgrown unloved garden and also trimmed my hedge- ( I was being fussy and Steve went back twice to trim it to my liking). Will use services again.
  4. Just need the front and back tidied up, but I have no lawn mower! Please PM me.
  5. I took my Bee to Abu Dhabi and back- no problems what so ever. It reassuring to have your usual day to day buggy with you.
  6. Micheal Tippet School in Herne Hill. I have just booked a term of classes through babyswimming.co.uk who use various hydrotherapy pools throughout the South East, ,my closest being herne hill..
  7. Off to sainsburys I go!! I just ordered a nuby one so will also see how that goes, thank you lovely people!
  8. Trying to get my little madam to use sippy cup. So far tommee tippee- spout to hard. Just had some Dr Browns soft spout sippy cup delivered, bit fiddly in terms of washing the different buts and it seems a bit of a chore to suck. Would like one with a lid too... Any recommendations?
  9. In that case milk cartons are not going on with us!! Worse case scenario there might be some on sale on the other side of security. I brought a sling as soon as I booked the flight, it is just one flight so I am hoping all goes well. Skycot booked and confirmed! Thank you so much!
  10. Thank you all so much for your wise words, will def take a spare top!! never thought of that really!
  11. Hello!! As the subject line says ^ 7 hour flight, London-Abu Dhabi She doesn't use a dummy... Hotel has already been accomodating with bottle sterilising, high chair in the suite etc Ready made cartons or powder milk? I use the 1 litre bottles at home and powder for early morning feed and to mix up food. Food wise I know what I am doing... Any tips or things not to forget?!! Look forward to your wise words! 12. I would def go with the video monitor, my LO does not cry when she wakes up and will just lie there so having the video one is really helpful. My kitchen is in the basement and our bedroom 4 floors up and the Lindham video monitor covers us only cuts out when the microwave is on. The breathing monitors are not my thing, my baby was is special care or 4 days and the bleeding thing in the hospital went off all the time freaking me out... it also brins back bad memories so wasnt a option!
  13. Agree!! I was born and brought up in Dulwich currently living/caring for elderly father in law but when we eventually want our own family home it will be impossible :-( unless of course i win the lottery
