morning all, further to this topic: i am interested in a property in the bellenden area of peckham, on nigel road. now i know the topic of Bellenden has been covered a few times before on this forum, but some of the forums replies by members appear quite a few years old now, and i wanted more 'up-to-date' feedback if i may? now i realise some of you will say its great, and equally some of you will say its not but what i wanted was more specific information on the nigel road/relf road area, or should i dare to say "east bellenden", lol? i trust my instincts and i really like how it looks, but i have heard rumours of some of the roads around there being used as rat runs - what are your thoughts?
