  1. HI, we are back from holiday, as we have been making the most of the years materity leave. I'm due back at work mid May. I think Little Zoe is still on the waiting lists for a nursery place, but will be doing the rounds of nursery again this week. We will probably need a good child minder 3 to 4 days a week... Do you know of any good ones for a 1 year old? Many thanks mum of Zoe
  2. Hi, I'm glad I'm not the only one who is not impressed with melbourne grove. I found the midwife there really nice, but didn't really help with advise on the pain and discomfort I had during pregnancy. Wasn't until I went to hospital before I gave birth that they tested me for thrush.... Something so simple that many pregnant women get. Would of made my pregnancy and relationship easier. Going to see health vister there, seemed to be a waste of time too. And don't get me started on my 6 week check, had loads of discomfort after..... went to see them 7 times. all complete waste of time! Now move to the doctors on crystal palace rd.... my advice, move doctors, it's stressful enough without that on top!
  3. Little Zoe has Bum Genius, We use with a disposable liner from Boots(pack of 100), to catch to poo. They are great even her dad likes them as they are pocket nappies so just as easy as disposable. Just put them in a dry bin and wash every other day... easy.
  4. Little Zoe has had the same, with pampers baby dry. We use washable nappies during the day, and disposable at night. She woke up with very nasty rash and crying when trying to clean her.... Been trying to work out why.. look forward to hearing any news from pampers
  5. Hi, my six months old will be on the move soon... I'm unsure which child gates are better than others. We will need 2 or 3 as my flat is 1st floor and split level... Any advice on makes and types will be great... Many thanks
  6. Thank you, they look great, just what is needed... xx
  7. Hi, we were thinking of a bumbo baby seat, but they are not ment to be that safe? As we would like our 5mth old to sit at the same height as us. Our kitchen table is a high breakfast bar at right angle from the kitchen work top. And we have 4 stools with no backs, so most of the table seats are not suitable. Do you have any sugestions of good seats/makes? Thanks
  8. Hi we use pampers at night, but bum genius washable by day with a disposable nappy liner.... all very easy even other half likes them!!!

It will be on a Wednesday after lunch as that's when we meet up. PM me if you are interested, as we are meeting up tomorrow and will work out a date and arrange it with the ambulance service.
