Just to clarify, the bathroom is already upstairs but we need the access moved to a more central place as it's currently only accessible via a bedroom. We also want to install a toilet up there.

Hi, we recently had a slow leak from an internal pipe that has just been fixed. In order for it to be repaired we've had to cut a hole into our ceiling. The hole is approx 30cm x 30cm. The ceiling is suspended with pipes behing it, and is 12mm plasterboard. I'm looking for a someone to come and repair it & smooth it over so I can repaint the ceiling and make it good again. I am happy to do the painting myself, but need quotes for the repair of the hole. Please PM me with a quote - see attached photo for the hole.

I'd also highly recommend Nico! I spoke to him at 4pm after searching the forum and he was over in a couple of hours - lovely guy too! All seems to be fixed and very reasonably priced! 07818607583 Thanks

I am looking for a reliable mechanic who could service my car at a reasonable price. I have used Kwik Fit in Lewisham for the past 2 years, and often feel like I am being ripped off with the "added work" i am told i need for the car to pass an MOT. My friend has suggested finding a reliable and honest mechanic in the East Dulwich/Forest Hill area to try for my next visit instead of going to Kwik Fit. So whether it?s a knowledgeable ?home mechanic? or a garage, I welcome the idea. I very much look forward to hearing from some trustworthy mechanics or receiving some recommendations of people I could approach. Emily
