I'm thrilled to be running baby massage courses at the lovely Goose Green Clinic on East Dulwich road. The course begins Thursday 2 March at 11AM and costs ?65 for a 5 week block. The course is suitable from newborn to 1 year old and teaches you invaluable techniques to relax with your baby, bond with them and help relieve pain associated with Colic, wind and constipation. Good morning, I have lots of room on my July baby massage courses in Forest Hill road (SE22), Brockley road (SE23) and Tressillian road (SE4). Please get in touch if you would like to book or for more information. Each session begins with a relaxation for you and we then focus on a different area of baby's body. We will cover a full body massage for baby and I will demonstrate a Colic Routine. There will be time for discussion after each class and the aim is to spend some quality time bonding with your baby by using a combination of gentle moves, loving, nurturing touch and singing soothing lullabies. The classes are very relaxed and friendly and it's a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and spend some quality one to one time with your baby. Families with babies from newborn to one year are welcome but we also discuss how we can adapt the massage for the growing child, from crawler to teenager. Twins are of course welcome at the same price and you are welcome to come alone or bring a partner. I provide mats but please bring a cushion if you need it as we sit on the floor. Please also bring a towel for your baby. I provide oils and handouts with all strokes so that you can practise at home. The courses cost ?60-?65 and run over 5 consecutive weeks, each session lasts around an hour but is baby-led. I would love to hear from you! Laura. Hello, I run relaxed and friendly baby massage courses upstairs at the lovely Clock House pub, on Barry Road opposite Peckham Rye Park and at St Hilda's Church, Brockley Road, Honor Oak. SEPTEMBER COURSE DATES: St Hilda's church: Monday 1st, 8th, 15th 22nd and 29th Sept at 1.45PM. The Clock House Pub: 2nd 9th, 16th 23rd and 30th Sept at 11AM. You can make up missed classes on the next course. The course is suitable for babies from newborn to pre-walking, but we also discuss how to tailor the massage for your growing child. You will learn how to relax your baby and to safely massage them to relieve pain and enhance your special bond. We will cover Swedish and Indian techniques, reflexology, gentle yoga moves and fun songs. You will also learn a Colic routine which can help to relive Colic and tummy associated pain. The St Hilda's class takes place in the lovely Undercroft, which is easily accessible from Brockley road. There is plenty of free parking on Courtrai road and lots of room for buggies inside. The Clock House class is upstairs, but there is space for some buggies downstairs but if you can bring baby in a sling that would be great. There is some free parking on Barry Road. Hi Laura, I run baby music Tippee Toes classes on Monday mornings at the Clock House pub Opp Peckham Rye park on Barry road. We're upstairs in the Blake room. There are two sessions, 10AM or 11AM, sessions run for 40 mins and are drop in so no need to book. The sessions are suitable from 3 months to pre-walking and cost ?4.50.
