Glamorous nails u know for a fact that my mum was away in Thailand after having it done and we visited you in the shop as soon as she got back you saw the receipt of having them removed 2 days after in Thailand, when we spoke on the phone you offered me a manicure I refused because I never have manicures and my mum only has them when she has the shellac I explained that to you on the phone. All I can say is when you have shellac done don't touch a newspaper says glamorous nails lol never heard so much rubbish in all my life.

Peckhampam so did we until this situation always went there for pedicures and my mum the same, glamorous nails a offer of a refund was all I was asking you for as that was a waste of my money and was a gift from my son.

My son moved from another local school that he was not happy at to Harris boys and I will say best thing I ever done for him he is so happy there, the staff are all brilliant so helpful can not praise them all enough for what they have done for my son. Hope that helps a bit

Dmc your post about cancelling appointments did make me laugh when nearly everyone on here has posted they can not get appointments in the beginning, and all I hear is appointments being cancelled from dmc one being myself this week as there on maternity leave, are there no such thing as arranging cover at them times??

Well nothing has improved I just had a call from one of the receptionist to say my Thursday appointment with the nurse has to be cancelled and when I asked ok well when is the next one I get told there isn't, confusing there is no appointments, now waiting for a call tomorrow to try and get one. Rahrahrah could not be more right stop taking new patients would be a step.

Hi I will be looking into changing doctors today, I called at 8 this morning for my young son who is so unwell to be told now they are trying a new system where the doctor will call you after 9 and book the appointment if they feel the need that you have to be seen. Doctor called me at 11 said ok he needs to be seen but can you go to lister centre if I call them and book the appointment my reply was no my doctors is with dulwich medical centre not lister in Peckham I do not drive and my son is to ill her rude reply was well there are buses and I have only 1 appointment left and still have 7 more people to call, not my problem I got my appointment in the end at dulwich And whilst waiting in there they accepted 2 new patients, what a joke That's my story for this morning shared lol

Otta the stylist that done my hair in there is a friend so really not going to disbelieve what she told me and colour does fade but myn didn't, I have no reason to lie and post this in the beginning and not same people there now as there was 10/11 years ago

My hair was black not brown for a start have been told by several hairdressers that the colour came out so dark because it was left on for 40 mins which didn't need to be that long on blonde, you all kept telling me it will fade you even told me that on the phone which it didn't and when I came back I did moan about paying again so you obviously wasn't listening that good and you as a owner told me to come in at half 10 and your words we will have a look but no you stayed at the back bit out of sight listening as you reckon, I will end this now as you know and I know the truth you can justify all you like on this but your customer service as a owner is crap full stop.
