I do not know Angela personally and her magazine is free and her's, so she can do whatever she wants. Everyone is welcome to print a "better" one. However in the past 6 months I've emailed Angela 3 times to ask/suggest something, she never replied and worse : she didn't even acknowledge receipt of my emails. The least she should have done as a courtesy towards one of her readers (td) Or ex-readers !!! In the meantime the more her magazine is brought on online forums, the more free publicity she gets .. (6) Viva Britannia and God save the Queen .

Hi D-Mum, You make me smile again :)
-
It is funny to see how some people get excited by the view of Cafe Nero and a Bus.... Maybe they've never left the area.
-
BonnieParker, I repeat, you?re obviously mistaking me for some one else, sort it out. Your mind is clearly obfuscated ( like the contradiction ? ) and I do not know what you?re on about. What I do know is that you either have a ?POTTY? mouth or you had an extra large portion of ?magic mushrooms? with your English Breakfast this morning. HA?..HA??!!!

Dear D-Mum and Beth, Anna's cakes are really YUMMYYYY . I love Peckham campaign is still alive... And D-Mum while you watch your au pair , I am gonna watch my american sweetheart who does her weekly appearance on british national TV on Friday nights. (tu)

Dear D-Mum, Do NOT believe anything you?re told on me, by anyone on this forum. No one knows me and NEVER seen me ( that they know of ). I hope this Bonnie Parker ( I thought she was executed ages ago by the Federals together with her man Clyde Barrow ) is not a friend of yours in incognito taking the ?pancake? out of us. IS THIS A SMEAR campaign?? Regarding sisters, no I do not have one ?sigh?!!! :'( And for you Bonnie Parker, as I live in a stately mansion up the ED hills, I do not have any neighbours, the only company is of 2 ?brothers? Rottweilers that protect me during my beauty slip and look after the Mansion. I do often cruise Cafes and Bars and nice Restaurant BUT in the French Riviera and other top places around the globe. So BonnieParker, I am so so so sorry to disappoint you, you got the wrong ?neighbour? ha..ha? !!! Sort yourself out ?Girl..!!! >:D<

Hey capt_birdseye What if some "deprived" mind has injected Dylan with Polonium ? Or inserted bedbugs ? Or something else ? You should have had it "properly" x-rayed and checked before putting your tod's life at risk ?!! Hopefully nothing of such has happened BUT be always aware, is NOT a completely "friendly" world out there .

The only "good thing" remaining along that road is indeed the Rye Hotel ( at the top ) and the Library ( at the bottom ). The rest is easily ready for "room 101"

Dear D/Mum, I am shocked that a "Lady of your status" even mentions the word "Primark"...very schocked !!! Even though Primark joined in May 2006 the Fair Traders Association, a large percentage of its production is still coming out of Sweatshops.... !! As previosuly posted by Tom. The following is taken out of Wikipedia Controversy In 2006, Primark came under criticism for the working conditions in factories overseas, by campaigners who claim that it exploits workers to get cheap prices and fast speed-to-market. Reports such as War on Want's "Fashion Victims" [2] and two reports by Labour Behind the Label [3],[4] are some examples. Both organisations express concern over the following quote from Managing Director Arthur Ryan: One story tells of how Ryan was approached by a factory owner with a product costing stg?5 that would sell for stg?10. Ryan reportedly told him he was not interested unless he came back with a product that cost stg?3 and could be sold for stg?7. ?I don't care how you go about it - just do it,? he said.[5] In its defence, Primark's head of Public Relations Geoff Lancaster said the company was trying to raise standards in Bangladesh, adding: We use huge volumes, deal directly with suppliers cutting out the middlemen and do not advertise. That's how we get best value So any one of ethical mind, should avoid Primark at ANY costs !!! (td)

Hey snorky, How about some plain English ?? -
Yeah in Underhill Rd that off licence shop (opposite the Fish & Chips place) looks worse than a shop in Baghdad that has just been "bombed" by US Apache Choppers... and the council apparently doesn't care at all. It has been in such a status for years.

Ahhh, so now you need to be married ? ha..ha... But there are many things I still don't know about the pleasure of the flesh

A "girls bar " ? Where ? It can't be in ED ? It would be a dream and I would be in there EVERY day. However I have to say that I have seen some pretty girls in there the few times I've hit the place. (tu)

Yes it's the National HQ of the "vice" squad... It was used to film a sequence of one of Stephen Kings movies in the 90's...
-
Beth, I thought only animals ( hence dogs like me ) had such a "refined" sense of smell... Never too late to learn how funny and interesting these "humans" are !!

Mr Huguenot or shall we call you His Santity Prof Huguenot, Doctor of Divinity and so on....??? Do not worry about your soul, D-Mum is taking care of us all and so to Heaven. Isn't she the Sweetest One ? The Promised Saviour of all us, multiple sinners ? >:D<
-
Huguenot and James : What is a gay kitchenware shop ? And D-Mum, if they open a shop in ED where you can find shoes for ?300 and above, I'll be the best customer there...
-
Red Cat, Even if you are a CAT I agree totally with you. Well done. (tu) Snorky, have a good tour around peckham and see with your own eyes how new expensive buildings are growing up... and refurbishment, so ED and Peckham will be soon at similar level. However before you use the word rich, maybe you should also take a tour in a place called Montecarlo ?

Mr H, I am not against a street market,if they want one in Northcross rd it should be aproper large one, not the miserable attempt that it is now. Ibo: Re: the mosque, I am not muslim so I am not interested in such an idea, but let me suggest you a good place for your new mosque = the ED Police Station..... ( I mean instead of it )
