Hi Does anyone have a recommendation for a reputable company that does fire risk assessments for rented property. It's for a terraced house but because of new Southwark HMO regulations there is a lot that needs to be done. I had one done by some cowboys and while that is ongoing I need to have a proper one completed and submitted to the Council. Any advice or recommendations gratefully received.

Anyone have any suggestions for who I should approach about a dying fox in my garden. I've tried RSPCA, the Fox Project and London Wildlife Protection - no one seems to be able to help. ITs very distressing Thanks

Adding a strong recommendation for Roger and his team at Critter solutions. Responded to my cry for help swiftly and efficiently. He knows what he?s doing and has been extremely diligent in explaining what he?s doing, what works and what may not.

Try the classes at Zen Yoga on Camberwell Grove. I've tried Thursday eve and Friday morning at 10am which are excellent general Hatha yoga classes.

Steve has just cleared a completely overgrown back garden for us - transforming what was an out of control area to a clear and manageable space. He communicated various options and prices efficiently and the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Another recommendation for Steve who managed to fix my oven and avoided me buying a new one which would not have been as good. He is incredibly helpful, reliable and efficient.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a structural engineer to come and investigate and assess cracks in a terraced house? Thanks R

Yet another recommendation for Steve. I've used him a few times. This time my washing machine was not working - he first suggested I try something myself first and then came out when it didn't work. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I'm looking for a handyman to fit some draught-proofing on some sash windows and would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks

Following the recommendations on the forum Ive just had Lee Garvey fix a shower for me. He was quick to respond, efficient and got the job done. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Hi I've just finished my A levels (achieving 3As in English, Spanish and French) and I'm looking for work during my gap year. I'm aware that 11+ season is fast approaching and I'd be keen to combine looking after children or babysitting with 11+ preparation / homework help. I'd also happily help with preparing for GCSE exams or English, French or Spanish A Levels (my A level subjects). I can provide references and a CV, if you're interested please send me a private message. Thank you

Another recommendation for excellent damp proofing work by Ross 07850280012 who has now done two jobs for us. He is efficient, punctual and good to work with.

Another recommendation for Ross who has just finished some work for us and is about to do some more. Very efficient.
