Hello I am looking to do a kitchen extension, we don?t need a full blown architect - as a friend who is a builder described we simply 'need a box on the back of the house' nothing complicated or innovative. Any recommendations for someone who can come around, do plans, and potentially help with submitting them to Southwark council (as we are in a conservation area). Would be gratefully received.

Hello we are looking for someone to put up garden fence panels for us, it involves removing broken down existing fence and some hedge, putting up posts and fence panels and some trellis. Any recommendations gratefully received. Thank you

Thanks everyone. Based on these recommendations I used Gary Vu today to fix some issues with lights and sockets not working. Gary was prompt efficient and reasonable. We would happily use him again.
