  1. I can't believe so many people have given this thread such undeserved creedence, but I guess thats exactly what the author wanted.
  2. Narnia Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > You are no Frazier Crane, that's for sure. How can > you border on paranoia? Border on as in close to being paranoid. Is that clear enough? Do you feel victimised as a United fan.

Spot on. United fans are without doubt the most sensitive of creatures who are easily offended and find it necessary to defend even the slightest critiicism, it borders on paranoia.

  5. Well said what? Ferguson a gracious loser is like saying Anne Widdecombe is a looker, both statements are erroneous and well wide of the mark.
  6. Well I suppose someone has to, I felt for the lad who was pictured crying as his team were been given a lesson in fotballing skills. If his dad had any heart at all, he should have told him this is what usually happens when they meet better opposition. Bentley again demonstrated why Arsenal got shot of him. It is interseting that you accuse the ref of being biased, especially as he did not card the first 4 hacks at Wilshere. God help us if he refs us against Blackburn or Bolton.
  7. I'm sure mr Wenger reciprocates and wishes mr Redknapp in his quest to win th title for the first time in 50 years. I can't help but think the recent clamour to appoint mr Redknapp as the next England manager. His record at Southampton, Portsmouth, and West Ham leave a lot to be desired, that and accustaions of dodgy dealings are not ideal, not by a long way.
  8. Quite right, and peoiple who line up with more than 10 items in supermarket isles meant for 10 items or less?
  9. I'm not convinced that the author of this thread has started this as a genuine thought provoking thread but as some kind of joke in very poor taste. If we are going to cull creatures on the bais of the harm they cause, then how a cull of motorists, smokers, drinkers, drug dealers, thiieves, murdersn all of whom have a detrimental impact on society
  10. Given the overall dominance enjoyed by Arsenal, Mr Redknapp can have no complaints about the result. Perhaps he has taken a leaf out of Mr Fergusons book in the respect of being a bad loser, but at least he talks to the BBC.
  11. I watched the Arsenal & Real Madrid games last night. Both teams played well, but I was shocked by the tatics employed by mr Redknapps charges to stop the talented lad Jack Wilshire which consisted entirely of kicking him. Shameful. Mr. Redknapp then suggested Nasri had dived or cheated for the first penalty. Given the tactics deployed by him to stop Wilshere the phrase pot and kettle is apt. For Real Ronaldo had a decent game, the technical ability of most Spanish teams is far superior to that demonstrated by English Premier teams.
  12. Wolves would be perfect for Allardyce, the football they play is so him. As for Torres, he looks like a man who wishes he'd gone elsewhere in the summer.
  13. I have no wish to enter into a slanginng match over this game. I will simply say That its interesting that a united fan should use the word bleating as it used almost weekly to describe Mr Ferguson and his charges,
  14. You are, of course, entitled to read it as you wish and put whatever slant you wish to put on it. But as a newcomer to your forum, I have to say your overly defensive reaction to my post suggests nothing other than paranoia. Anyway, to curtail this before it goes any further, yes I do think that a United player should have been sent off.

  16. would it be possible to organise a straight night or would that be politically incorrect?

Interesting isn't it how Mr Fergusons paranoia filters down to united fans? I simply said they were lucky to end up with 11 men on the pitch, I didn't mention the performance.united must be worried that on three occasions in recent weeks they let a 2 goal slip.
  18. Well played Gerrard, unfortunately ended on the losing side. United lkucky to finish the game with 10 men. Well done to west ham for getting a hard fought point against Stoke
  19. Man u 2 v Liverpool 0 For what its worth I think united will be to good for Liverpool
  20. Very slick performances by both Chelsea and Arsenal. A shame spurs and uniteds games weren't as good. Still I'm sure 3 of the 4 english clubs will progress from the group stages. City are doing well tonight.
