Our Foxtons Story: About 3 months ago we had our house on the market, with lots of interest We suddenly got Water in our Cellar (never had before) We had to take the property off the market After paying a fortune to check all our pipes and drains, we went door to door to talk to neighbors A neighboring property being let and managed by foxtons apparently had a pipe burst weeks prior The tenants were told they would be evicted unless they kept quiet about it We immediatly reported the situation to the council Foxtons with heavy chasing by the council, finally fixed the pipe I would not advise anyone to deal with Foxtons.

Does anyone know why the lovley large Victorian property in the center of Matham Grove is boarded up? We've looking at buying property in that area, but obviously a secured property seems a bit worrisome.
